Once your registration is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. To enter the event, simply click the “Access My Event” button located at the bottom of that email.

Please note that this link will only become active at the scheduled event start time. If you experience any technical difficulties, please contact us immediately at xcelsportsnetwork@gmail.com for assistance.

While we make every effort to deliver a seamless livestream experience, technical disruptions can occasionally occur due to variables beyond our control, such as facility connectivity or internet provider bandwidth. In the event of significant downtime, the recorded version of any missing content will be uploaded and made available for you to watch at your convenience.

Refunds will only be given for cancellation by the organizer and for equipment failure on our part, where no livestream or recording is possible. DO NOT request a refund after your band has played, or at the end of the contest, or the day after.

**XcelSports Network (XSN) & Stage 26 Productions handle the livestream, not the HS, the Band, or the Event Staff. Please contact us at xcelsportsnetwork@gmail.com with any questions. The HS, the Band, or the Event Staff will not be able to help you and will only delay our response. Thank you.
